CAMPO DEL CIELO - IRON TYPE IAB, 66 kg

An aesthetically beautiful and large example of a Campo del Cielo. Resembling an asteroid in miniature, this meteorite has a surface covered with the tell-tale regmaglypts (“thumbprints”) that result from atmospheric frictional heating and a wonderful russet patina with platinum highlights to the ridges.
